📚✨ March 2 through March 6 ✨📚
All week long, our elementary students will enjoy special guest readers who are taking time to share their love of reading and connect with our learners in meaningful ways. There is nothing more powerful than a great story read aloud by someone who believes in the magic of books.
Even more exciting, every elementary student will receive a free book to take home and keep. We want our students building home libraries, growing their imaginations, and discovering that reading can take them anywhere.
Families, ask your child what they are reading this week.
Community members, thank you for being part of the story.

A huge THANK YOU to the incredible businesses, colleges, universities, military branches, healthcare providers, public safety agencies, and industry leaders who joined us for the College and Career Fair at Mecklenburg County High School. Because of you, our Phoenix students were able to explore real pathways, ask real questions, and picture real futures.
You showed our students that success is not one-size-fits-all. It is college. It is career. It is military. It is entrepreneurship. It is skilled trades. It is public service. It is innovation. It is leadership.
Most importantly, it is possible.
Thank you for investing your time, expertise, and encouragement into the future of our Phoenix. We are proud to partner with each of you.

We sure did! The fog didn't stop the fun at the complex this morning. Our amazing FFA students showed off their driving skills, rolling through the mist in style. From classic rusty relics to shiny modern giants, we saw it all!
Whether they were riding in big green, bold red, bright orange, or vintage gray, these students definitely made an entrance. Huge thanks to everyone who braved the weather to cheer them on! 🌽✨
