Virginia’s Cardinal Care program — which includes Medicaid and FAMIS — offers free, comprehensive health coverage to keep families healthy and students ready to learn.
Children in a family of four with an annual income of up to $65,908 may qualify, and many parents and caregivers are also eligible for full coverage, including dental care.
