🩺💙 Hands-on learning in action!
Today in Mrs. Mull's Intro to Health and Medical Sciences class, students learned about vital signs—learning not just how to take them, but the science behind what they mean.
Students practiced checking pulse and blood pressure, building real clinical skills they’ll use in future healthcare settings. To bring it all to life, they measured their vitals at rest, then headed outside for some exercise before rechecking and comparing their pre- and post-activity results.
This real-world experience helped students see firsthand how the body responds to physical activity—and why vital signs are such an important tool in patient care.
Future healthcare professionals in the making!
