📌 What to Bring:
✅ Original Birth Certificate
✅ Immunization Record
✅ Proof of Residency (2 forms)
✅ Proof of Income (for Pre-K & Head Start only)
✅ Driver’s License or Passport
🔹 Pre-K students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2025 and attend with you for screening.
🔹 Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2025.
🔹 Head Start is free for qualifying families!
