Sitting back-to-back, partners had to describe a picture using words only while the other drew what they heard. They quickly learned that effective communication is a lifelong skill that takes practice — and it’s not as easy as it seems!

Our Nurse Aide students had an incredible time at the 3rd Annual Healthcare Day at Southside Virginia Community College! 🩺
They explored healthcare education opportunities right here in their own backyard and gained valuable hands-on experience practicing essential skills. We are so proud of their professionalism and eagerness to learn!
Southside is home to one of the top ADN programs in the state, and it was exciting for our students to see what their future in nursing could look like.
So proud of 25-26 nurse aide students crew for representing our Nurse Aide program so well! 🐦🔥🩺🫀
